Fall Fun

 
The first stop of the day was Adams Farm
 
to see the animals,
 
sample an apple,
 
run throught the corn maze,
 
and pick out a pumpkin or two!
 
Next was the Big Apple...
 
starting up in the orchards to pick our own!
 
Today they let you pick cortlands,
 
yummy to eat
 
and bring home to bake with.
 
Picking them was so much fun
 
that we filled a peck and were well into a half bushel! We just couldn't stop!
 
We had to quit when we ran out of room so we hopped back into the truck
 
and drove down the hill to the farm.
 
It was so crowded that Daddy went in to buy cider & donuts while we waited outside
 
and picked some late season blueberries.
 
We only picked a pint or so
 
before we met up with Daddy
 
and had a yummy, warm, fresh baked donut.

Lastly,
 
we headed over to a fair
 
with the usual animals
 
and rides.
 
It was choo, choo, choo much fun!
