Daddy had today off so we drove out to Davis' Farmland...

Davis Farmland: Childrens Discovery Farm

We first checked out the map to decide where to start...

and skipped the face painting, but did stop to see the kittens up for adoption...

because two ferrets were in there keeping the kittens company

but they were sleeping...

so we moved down towards the Animal Aventures...



I knew this guy right away...

a baby MOOOOOOO cow

and next door some

Holy cattle!

I've never seen any cow like Fluffanutter before! She's a Scottish Highlander!

I couldn't believe all the animals around...

and the fact that you could feed the majority of them...

although

I let Momma & Daddy do most of the feeding...

There were so many different kinds of animals to see...

horses

pigs

ducks

goats

sheep

even a reptile barn

with turtles, fish, snakes and lizards!

You could even practice milking a cow!


And right next to the milking cow, these goats were hanging out...

just lounging on the chairs

looking for someone to feed them!

We decided it was time for a snack too so we headed past these guys...

who were hungry too...

and went towards the play & spray area...

and the playground...

it had a lot of cool things to climb

spin...

and crawl through...

even open close doors!

I played on a lot of it,

but there were still a lot of things I never bothered to explore!

After lunch we went to the Imagine Acres...

an area especially for kids like me!

There was a train...

and those cool tree houses...



but then I noticed the car park...

a whole speedway with cars and gas pumps...

woo hoo!

After I had my fill in there, I found another truck to drive...

there was a whole village of playhouses

some had kitchens

and some were stores or different themes

like this one with power tools!

I also noticed the water troughs...and a boat to splash with...

that was a lot of fun...

Daddy had to hold me back from jumping in the water, again!

Since Momma had to clean off my shoes, we stopped for an ice cream break...

at Moo Moos inside the Herd Rock Calfe...

I even had a drink with a big boy straw...

What could be more fun than this?
