Hands On Fun
We went into Boston today, to the children's museum
Boston Children's Museum
The elevators up let you see out over the waterfront!
We started on the 4th floor in Arthur's world...
then the construction zone on the 3rd floor...
I was so excited that I ran around alot, but Momma did manage to catch a shot of me with Big Papi...
and I did like banging on the steel drums...
I slowed down a bit more on the second floor...
that's where the toddler play space was...
It has things to climb, places to explore...
an art room to paint, draw and use play doh...
I especially like the computers...
and the car...
vroom vroom
beep beep
Just outside the play space was "Boats Afloat"...
I liked watching the stuff float in the water...
and at the big table
there were boats and a giant duck!
We left there before I got too wet...
and checked out the "Airplay" area, more stuff to bang!
There were musical plastic pipes...
and these metal tubes with washers and bolts that made noise as they spun...
I didn't know how to use this, but I like spinning the wheel
almost as much as I liked these...
it's fun to build!
I took a nap on the ride home, but the was wide awake to go see the Briggs girls next door...
Marty & Irene had a lot of cool stuff outside...
because they were cleaning out the shed...
and they have a playhouse!!!
I also discovered their lawn mower...
and decided to take it for a spin...
all over the yard...
and driveway...
occassionally stopping to chat with Emma
or be chased by Makayla!
