Marshfield Fair

On our way to the fair, we realized that Mike lived right across the field from the entrance
 
so we stopped by to say hello, and borrowed some space in his driveway!
 
Then we headed over and began wandering the grounds...
 
so much to see, and eat!
 
Since the giant pumkins were being judged by a picnic area
 
we grabbed a funnel cake and watched the judging, and set up for the truck pull.
 
After that we went to see a magic show & a concert,
 
some big military trucks
  bunnies, bunnies & more bunnies!
 
The only thing better than bunnies, are trains! Whoo whoo!
 
Then after seeing chickens
 
and various farm animals
 
we had an ice cream break.
We discovered that animals weren't the only things judged...
 
we saw prized veggies, baby chicks
 
and even funny sculptures made with fruits & veggies!
 
Em was facinated by the bee keeper
 
but I loved the fire truck!
 
I got to climb it, spray water beside it
 
and I even tried to drive it home!
