Beach Bound Babes

 
We finally made it
 
to the Jersey shore!
 
The drive took forever, especially since Emilia kept making Daddy stop
 
but once we got there and checked in
 
Em was a lot happier.
 
We played a little
 
and unwound
 
then set out to see the sights!
 
I had been on sandy beaches before
 
but it was my first time seeing one so big
 
and Em's first time seeing a beach or the ocean.
 
She may not have been to sure about either
 
I couldn't wait to play in it!
Then on our way back up to the boardwalk
 
we saw some prom goers
 
there to pose for pictures! Mommy had a good laugh thinking back 15 years ago to Memorial Day weekend & being here after her prom too!
 
We went into several different places called arcades. They had lots of lights & sounds for Em, games & rides for me...and prizes that you could win!
 
Mommy & Daddy showed me how to play different versions
 
of Skee Ball!

 
I think Em wanted to try playing too
 
but she was content riding along with Daddy
 
and watching me
 
try different rides & games.
 
I could've bounced back and forth between all the arcades all night long, but we stopped for dinner
 
then back to the room to get Em ready for bed.
 
Since it had been a long day, we decided to stay in.
 
That way we could get a good nights sleep and be up ready to explore early in the morning!
