Concert goers
Momma & I braved the rain for a concert today!
It was Wayne Potash!
We didn't know much about him before today, but Momma had looked him up first.
"Singer/Songwriter Wayne Potash performs sensational sing-a-long shows throughout New England for children and families. He is the featured performer at Boston Harborfest Children's Day and a regular at Boston Childrens Hospital's Midday Show. Great new songs, old favorites and story songs about bugs, beasts, fishes, and friendship are featured, accompanied by banjo, guitar and ukulele. Audiences clap, sing, move, participate and have lots of fun!
Wayne has released three acclaimed music albums for children, Yodel For A Fish (which is receiving nationwide airplay), Music Fun, and The Wayne Tape."
I took a little nap before showtime
Dino & I had fun watching while sitting on Momma's lap
He sang silly songs and got the bigger kids up and dancing about...
He played a guitar, harmonica, banjo, and ukulele!
Well worth the drive. And since we were close by, we went to visit Uncle Dan & the others Momma used to work with
Then it was time to go home for dinner and some playtime before bed
Bedtime already?!?!?
Good thing cuz I'm tired...Momma just hopes that I sleep through the night
